What are my payment options?

We accept payment only via Mastercard and VISA card. During checkout, you will be directed to PayFast for secure online payment. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Marketplace to complete your order.

When will I receive my order?

Should you choose national delivery, your purchase will typically be shipped in 2-3 working days. Delivery to outlying areas may take longer. Orders are processed on weekdays and will be dispatched as soon as payment is received and the order has been packed.

Can I make changes to an order I have placed?

Your order cannot be changed once it has been processed.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

Please contact us if you have not received your order after 5 working days. We will gladly follow this up with our shipping partner.

What do I do if I have received a damaged order?

If any damage has occurred during shipping, please contact us with images as soon as you have received the order. We will try to replace the product as soon as possible. In order to keep shipping costs low, we must sometimes fold or compress baskets. In this case, we will give you specific reshaping instructions with your purchase.

What are the care instructions for your fabrics?

Our fabrics are all organic handwoven cotton and therefore should be treated with some care. Wash cold with like colours and with a mild detergent; do not tumble try; iron on a medium heat; and reshape when wet if necessary.

Why does my product not look like the image on your website?

We make every effort to display images that are true to the product you will receive, though due to the entirely handmade artisanal nature of our products, each one is unique. Small variations in colour, shape, and pattern may occur, as well as a 5cm variance in size.

I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

We do not accept returns unless the item has been damaged in transit in which case we will replace it. Please notify us with images of the damage within 3 days of receipt.
